Office Manager and Property Accountant, is a nineteen-year veteran of RB Management Services, Inc. Her varied experience in real estate includes accounting, customer service, assistant to the Controller and President of RB Management, working with the company Engineers and day to day office operations within the company. Karen attended both Young Harris College and Georgia Perimeter College with a focus in art and business administration.

Karen is currently responsible for the daily accounting operations of approximately 450,000 square feet of office, medical and retail properties. Her responsibilities include preparing and implementing yearly budgets, monthly variance reports to the owners, maintaining tenant relations, lease and declaration enforcement and also maintaining vendor relations. She also assists with the day to day customer service operations, assisting Project Managers with property management and the overall daily running of the corporate office. Prior to joining RB Management, Karen was employed by Atlantic Hardware & Supply, Inc. for three years as a data entry clerk and accountant. She was responsible for entering construction data and supplies for large projects throughout the metro Atlanta area. She also handled both accounts receivable and accounts payable for the company. Karen has vast experience interacting with clients regarding expectations and service levels.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys traveling, photography, reading and spending time with her family.
