Dan R. Brawley, Executive Vice President of RB Management Services, has served 36 years in property management and commercial real estate building systems operation. His career began with a four-year tour of duty in the US Air Force Civil Engineering Squadron where he was stationed across the world including bases in Vietnam, Thailand and The Philippines.
At RB Management, Dan’s primary responsibilities are property and building systems operations management of over 5,600,000 square feet of an office, retail, association and industrial portfolio. This includes assignments with BMW of North America, John Marshall Law School, Life University, Crawford and Company, Habitat for Humanity, ING, State of Georgia, The Southern Company, American Cancer Society and the United States Government.
Prior to joining RB Management, Dan spent eleven years with The Myrick Company operating 1,100,000 square feet of office space. Those eleven years included nine years facility management service with Texas Instruments and six years of working directly with Shell Oil Company’s Real Estate Development Group, attesting to his superior ability to satisfy a wide array of operational needs.
His commercial real estate career also includes ten years with CARTER where he managed a 6,000,000 square foot office building portfolio with facility assignments including IBM Real Estate, Hanover Insurance, Georgia Marble Company, Xerox, and The Weather Channel. At both Myrick and CARTER, Dan’s common responsibility was maintaining the day-to-day relationship of these two Atlanta developers with their primary venture partner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
Dan is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesman, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and The Commercial Network.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys little league baseball, golf, camping, and fishing.
